About Sarah MacLeod
Sarah MacLeod leads our Market Insights team here at Kelvin Brand Group. Her main job is to figure out what makes people tick, especially when they're looking at premium products and services. She makes sure our clients get solid, useful facts they can actually put to work for their business.
Sarah grew up not far from Glasgow, in Argyll, and later studied at the University of Glasgow. She focused on how people think and buy, along with statistics. With over fifteen years under her belt, she's helped many businesses understand their customers better. Before joining Kelvin Brand Group, she worked for a known retail analytics company in Edinburgh, getting hands-on with real market challenges.
What Sarah does best is cut through all the complex information. She takes big chunks of data and turns them into clear, actionable steps for our clients. There are no fancy words or confusing charts; just straight talk about what the numbers mean for your brand. She firmly believes that good research should be practical and lead to clear decisions, not just interesting ideas.
Whether it's figuring out why a new product isn't quite hitting the mark, or spotting a fresh opportunity in the market, Sarah's team digs deep. They look at everything from sales figures and customer surveys to wider market trends. This helps them paint a real picture of what's happening. They give premium businesses the information they need to make smart, informed choices that deliver good results.
Sarah is deeply involved in all our research projects, making sure every piece of advice is based on solid ground. She's passionate about helping brands truly understand their audience so they can connect with them better and stand out.
Outside of work, Sarah enjoys exploring the rugged beauty of the Scottish Highlands with her family. She's also a big supporter of local Glasgow arts and enjoys spending time by the Clyde. She believes understanding people, whether through data or community, is key to success in all areas of life.
